state with highest gun deaths

The number of gun deaths in the U.S. has been increasing over time, from very few to thousands of deaths in a year. The amount of deaths by guns in 2015 was 33,636 in the U.S. But why is this happening? How is possible that in one state more than 20 kids are killed by guns everyday? (Death by gun,CBS News.)  Let me introduce you the state in which per 100,000 population, 19.8 of deaths are by firearms. In this state you do not need a permit to buy a firearm and most people have one, I present you Alaska, yea, I was surprised too. Alaska is the 5th state with least strict gun laws, they  permit assault weapons, no limit for ammunition sales, do not limit bulk gun purchases etc.The state constitutional provision is "A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The individual right to keep and bear arms shall not be denied or infringed by the state or political subdivision of the State.” Article 1, Section 19.( Romney.) In Alaska suicide was the leading cause of gun deaths to be exact more than 80%. Makes sense if purchasing a firearm is like buying a car.( (Death by gun,CBS News.)
