From
Judge to Love
Respect the beginning of a great
friendship
For some reason when we first meet a person we start judging
inside. Whether is right or not, this is what happen in most of our mind. Sometimes
we judge others because the way they are dress or because of their physical aspect.
Is this person a good person? is this person trustful? is this person friendly?
and so on. It is on our power to give the individual the opportunity to prove
who they really are.
When I first started working on my resent job I met a person
that I never told will became so close to me, even though we have resembled on
our physical aspect the way she dresses and her beliefs are different from
mine. She always has impeccable make up and she was kind of keeping to herself.
She is a Muslim girl; the Islamic culture
have 6 clothing requirements which includes cover their body, wear loos cloths,
thick enough not to show the color or shape of your skin, “overall appearance
should be dignify and modest”, last but not least genuine faith and costume.

I am a Christian girl race in America, where the fashion doesn’t
really define mine beliefs. Christianism
is the largest religion in the world, the second is Islamic. Muslims are
approximate 1% of the populations in the USA according with Pew Research Center.

Our job requires for us to do some work together and we get
to talk sometimes, in the mean while we started getting to know each other as a
culture as well as individual itself and we noticed that we weren’t so
different as we thought. In addition, our beliefs have the same foundation and family
values. We have created a great friendship respecting our beliefs and
understanding that not fashion defines an individual.
In conclusion that the world may be a better place if we
respect and love each other the way the one is.
