In the article F.D.A Approves First gene-altering Leukemia treatment, costing 475,000, is about a treatment that fights cancer. The researches were from the University of Pennsylvania. According to Novartis and Kymriah the treatment was approved to children and young adults that have the cancer the strongest. That type of leukemia is the one that degenerates. (Grady 1)For the patients that are under the treatment and if it doesn't respond within a month after the treatment , Novartis wouldn't charge them. (Grady 2).
